Our highly qualified inspectors at Best Inspection Services, Inc. have performed home inspections for 15 years! Licensed contractors for over 20 years, we are certified by the Residential Home Inspection Institute, members of the Better Business Bureau, and are affiliate members of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. We have completed over 9000 residential and commercial inspections, and take continuing education courses yearly. Our head inspector was a faculty member of the Home Inspection Institute of America, where he trained individuals to become home inspectors.
We cover Dayton, Centerville, Vandalia, Beavercreek, Springboro, and surrounding areas in Ohio. Additional to the standard inspection, Best Inspection Services offers a 48-hour radon test and termite inspection in conjunction with a professional colleague.
We encourage your participation in our inspections. During this time, our inspectors can offer you preventive maintenance tips as well as share their knowledge to make you more in control, confident, and at ease about your home. We like to answer your questions on the spot.. Accompanying us will help reinforce our final reports.
Provided at the inspection, our reports are computer generated with a program that specifically adjusts to each house or building. The report is extremely thorough, detailed, easy to read, and covers over 1000 home components and pictures are included. We like to go over our reports with you in person, page by page, to emphasize our concerns with any problems.
We prefer at least 48-60 hours’ advance notice, but will accommodate emergency situations.
